SPECIALIST WINERY EQUIPMENT

With over a quarter of a century of experience in visionics research, PELLENC is sharing this revolutionary technology now incorporated in its winery equipment with the launch of two new machines for the Winery – Selectiv Process Vision and Selectic Process Winery. Both machines remove green waste from the grapes leaving a near perfect sample. The sorting process is regular and performance of the machines consistently high.

Selectiv’ Process Winery

PELLENC are world leaders in vineyard mechanization,
and the immensely successful Harvester On Board
Selectiv’ Process sorting system released in 2008 is
now recognized by winemakers worldwide. This
technology now extends into the winery with the
award winning Selectiv’ Process Winery. This
detaches berries from the rachis and removes
green waste giving a near perfect sample of fruit.

Selectiv’ Process Vision

This latest sorting system from PELLENC has the capacity to recognize the colour and shape of the berries, sort the petioles and pieces of stalk, eject waste, measure the size and quantity of berries and determine the weight of the harvest. It can also sort by level of maturity. 100% of green waste is removed, providing a perfect sample.
