Harvesters

Pre Pruners

PELLENC are the pioneers of the mechanical Pre Pruner. They offer two models, the Visio and Disco. This machine can either be mounted to the front arm on the multifunction PELLENC Tractor or to a conventional tractor. It spur prunes the vines and mulches the cane from the canopy leaving it in small pieces to break down and degrade.

Trimmers

The PELLENC Reciprocating Vine Trimmer has slim line cutter boards allowing optimum visibility. This means you can trim very close to the berry line and open the canopy for maximum light penetration. Fast, efficient, and gentle action for the best canopy management.

Sprayers

Up to six rows in one pass can be achieved with the PELLENC Sprayer. This precision sprayer provides excellent cover and canopy protection. Includes ground tracking systems, with fully adjustable frame to suit all vineyard styles.

Leaf Remover

The PELLENC Leaf Remover uses a flexible rotating drum and removes whole leaves from around the berries without damaging the grapes. A very gentle action, with the end result as good as hand plucking.

Twin Box Spreader

Reciprocating Vine Trimmer

The PELLENC Reciprocating Trimmer uses a
unique blade design to enable fast and efficient trimming without sacrificing quality. The slim line cutter board allows optimum visibility meaning the operator can trim very close to the berry line and not damage fruit.

Rotary Vine Trimmer

HCL Group now offer the HCL Viti Rotary Vine Trimmer. This machine is simple in design, and outstanding in performance. The unique design of the rotary blades allow clean and efficient trimming with minimal resin build up on the cutting edge. The robust frame design is easily adjusted to suit all canopy requirements.

Leaf Remover

This tractor mount PELLENC Leaf Remover works a full row in one pass. It uses a flexible rotating drum system, removing whole leaves from around the fruit bunches without damaging the fruit. The unique design of this system allows high ground speed without sacrificing productivity. The end result is as good as plucking by hand.

Tournesol Undervine Weeder

The PELLENC Tournesol Undervine Weeder passes around the vine, and cultivates the soil, removing weeds. This machine is available as a tractor mounted single side unit or between the row double side machine. The solution to eliminating herbiside spray.

Pre Pruning Machine - Visio

PELLENC are the pioneer of the Pre Pruning Machine and the Visio Machine is the original. It includes mulching discs encased in a heavy duty frame with optional lower precision cutters for the initial prune. The mulching discs remove the cane from the canopy dropping them to the ground in short lengths to breakdown.

Pre Pruning Machine - Disco

The Disco version uses lighter duty cutters, and is a less expensive option to accomplish similar results as the Visio Machine. 

Lixion Electronic Pruner

Powered by a lightweight Lithium-ion Battery, the PELLENC Lixion Pruner has a cutting capacity of 30mm. The proportional trigger gives the operator complete control of the cutting action, an important safety feature, especially when working amongst wires.

Treelion Electronic Pruner

Also powered by lightweight Lithium-ion Battery, the Treelion has a larger cutting capacity – 45 mm. The tool has several settings, including pulse cut, proportional cut, and preset aperture for detail pruning.
